About the project.

Travioor is an innovative online travel agency that creates unique travel experiences through cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service. As the Creative Director at Travioor, I led a talented creative team to develop branding, graphic assets, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, websites, and social media channels.

Client's Goals.

The primary goal of the project was to design and develop a user-friendly website that reflects Travioor’s brand values while offering a seamless booking experience for users. The challenge included creating a new UX/UI design that simplifies holiday planning for families and friends while ensuring secure online payment options and budget-friendly solutions.

Some of our main problems:

  • Difficulty in arranging holidays with friends and family
  • Online expensive options
  • Unsecured online payment options 
  • Budget ideas and planning tools
  • Insufficient local and international information / multiple research pages
  • Try to book a hotel and more at the same time and pay reasonable prices

My Contribution.

  • Led and mentored a creative team comprising designers, copywriters, and content creators.
  • Led user research and testing sessions to validate our ideas.
  • Developed a comprehensive design system and branding guidelines for consistent visual identity across platforms.
  • Designed and implemented desktop and mobile web interfaces focused on intuitive navigation and streamlined booking processes.
  • Collaborated with developers and stakeholders to integrate new features such as custom package creation, real-time deal comparison, and secure payment options.

Project Success.

The project successfully addressed key challenges in holiday planning by:

  • Offering a single platform for booking flights, accommodation, activities, and more for groups.
  • Providing advanced filtering options for users to find the best deals and customize packages.
  • Facilitating secure payments and reliable information/reviews from fellow travelers.
  • Enhancing user experience and engagement leading to increased bookings and positive feedback from users.
